Dr. Manikandan (MD & Periodontist)
He did both his BDS and MDS from Govt Dental College Trivandrum and was Kerala University’s First Rank holder in 2008. He has received numerous accolades including the Famdent best postgraduate student in dentistry in India 2017 and has written 7 books,28 scientific articles in indexed journals, and 350 publications in lay press. He has done 200 plus Health awareness shows on television radio and online platforms and also served as a resource person for various talks for the public organized by Indian Railways, Excise department, Student Police Cadets, JCI, etc. He has done more than 6500 gum surgeries to date and his areas of interest are laser dentistry, piezosurgery, cosmetic dentistry, and smile makeovers.
